oracle web server spyglass adapter problem

Hello everybody!
I use oracle web application server 3.02, and I face some difficult problem. The error message is as follows :

I use unix and platform envirionment is : OSF1 web.myspeed.net V4.0 1229 alpha,OAS 3.0, Oracle 8i

(I guess) Because of this problem, http 500 internal server problems are occur.
-> To solve this problem I should restart web listener and wrb. But this is
the temporary
purpose not perminent solution. is there anyone who can help???
