(LOCAL=NO) generally indicates inbound connections via the listener.
Checking what processes are in the instance can help:

"V_$SESSION".SID, "V_$PROCESS".SPID, "V_$SESSION".USERNAME, "V_$PROCESS".USERNAME, "V_$SESSION".PROGRAM, "V_$SESSION".OSUSER, "V_$PROCESS".PROGRAM, "V_$SESSION".TERMINAL
