Parsed tree of objects in SGA

I need to know list of DB objects used in parsed queries. Because queries are there in SGA already, parsed tree is created and execution plan is created too.
It seems to me I found a parsed tree of objects in SGA. Its V$OBJECT_DEPENDENCY and V$ACCESS. Also I discovered a lot X$ tables. But there is no records about inexes are used. However Explain Plan shows indexes are used. Indexes appear in above views if this indexes anew created. only.

Where can I get info about ALL objects used in parsed SQL.(excluding Explain Plan and Trace facilities).
Or, please, explain me why it is impossible. If Oracle reparses the queries from SGA regarding to use or not to use concrete index every time?

Thanks in advance,
