Oracle 8.0.4 Client vs TCP/IP in Windows 95

When I try to connect to an Oracle server with Oracle Client installed in a PC with Windows 95 there is an error from every available option in Oracle Client always in different modules.

Note: The version of TCP/IP and other components of Windows 95 are dated 98/03/20 (maybe of Windows 98 installed by another product?, I installed Loadrunner)
