Can you try defining the Web Server in your HOST file. We had this =
problem and when I put the IP address of the Web Server in the HOSTS =
file the users connect then by typing in the Web Server name this would =
be an example of the line in the HOSTS file
102.54.94.97 DEV_WEBSERVER # oracle development web = server.
