I'm afraid that you can use 16-bit applications with 32-bit drivers however using a 32-bit application with a 16-bit driver is not supported. Upgrade your ORACLE client to 32-bit.
What about ORACLE alternatives to ODBC, Thomas Kyte tought us something here
before a couple of weeks .
Dig deja.com archive for his original messages.
However I'm in doubt they can be helpful in use with Access or FoxPro.
