Ora 3113 and ANO 8.0.3

Hello,

We are using Oracle 7.3.3 on Digital Unix 4.0D, and having probs with Oracle client 8.0.3 and ANO 8.0.3. Without ANO everything works fine.
When ANO encryption is active, we get ora-03113 every time.  (And in the alert*.log:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [12333], [16], [105], [222], [], [],
[], [] )

Is there anybody, who know what we can do with this?
