1 1/2 years exp. is not a lot so you *might* have to settle for "Junior DBA" at first. People w/ ~3-5 years in the Boston area seem to be paid approx. $80K, give or take $5K based on other experience, skills etc. I'd say someone with less experience could probably find a job that pays in the low to mid $70K's
