Home -> Community -> Usenet -> c.d.o.server -> Re: Problem: TNS: No listener
Start the TNSListener Services from Control Panel-->Services and then do a
lsnrctl status <Listener_Name>
from the command prompt and check again with
tnsping <Connect String>
