defaults:
user : sys password : change_on_install

user: system password: manager
user: internal password: oracle
user: scott password: tiger

If you run on an unix platform and Oracle has been setup properly, you won't need the internal password, you should be able to connect internal in svrmgrl always without password.
For NT there should be a file start<SID>.cmd, that has the password hardcoded in the only command line.
Alternatively you could use the oradim utility to change it without knowing it.
