Defining non "ORCL" SID for Oracle 8 on NT

I installed Oracle 8.0.5 on an NT server, using the custom install option, and gave my database a different SID then ORCL. Now, however, when I try to get into server manager, I am getting "TNS, host not found" error. Is there a way to define the default SID to be what I specified upon install somewhere in the registry? Do you know what this key would need to be etc?

Thanks
Mehmet Orun
