Jorgen,

I am currently doing exactly the same thing, an Ingress to Oracle migration.

Oracle have a migration toolkit for most databases including Ingres, it can be download free from the Oracle Technology Network (http://technet.oracle.com).
If you are a not member, it is free to join.

Unfortunately I can't tell how good it is, as I am just reading the documentation,
but it is basically a set of Ingress and Oracle Scripts, to copy/convert the schemas
and data, via flatfiles.

If you get any other information please let me know.
