All,

We are running JDEdwards OneWorld on HPUX Oracle 8 database. My buffer cache hit rate is around 30% as opposed to recommended 85%-95%. We have 444 Megs set up in SGA and lots of buffers. There are about 7 sessions that continually do a select from a job queue table but other than that I can not see what is constantly flushing the buffers. Where should I look for this v$sqlarea??

Thanks For The Help in Advance,
