I had a problem getting Oracle to startup a boot-time.  The Oracle
documentation tells you to create the S99dbora link in your rc.2 directory,
but in linux this is incorrect.  If you bootup with a runlevel of 3, then
your S99dbora needs to be in the rc.3 directory.
