First of all I must apologize for my error. This post is supposed to
answer Peter Lauren's "Installing 8.0.5 on AIX: bos.adt.libm missing"
but pushed reply button while reading Rafe's post.
Forgot to mention too that these are variables for Unix environment, but I think Linux have very similar.But I've had recently a similar error in a OSF unix. The installer didn't relink some libraries and the cause was that we haven't had installed some OS utilities.
