the definition of the snapshot log is exported but not the snapshot log itself.

In 7.x, the mlog$_<tname> table contains a ROWID. This is a rowid that points to the parent table. When you export the parent table and import it -- its rowids will naturally change. the rowids in the mlog$_.... table are meaningless if the parent table has been imported.

so, even if you could -- it wouldn't do anything for you. the snapshot log would not contain rowids that made sense in the new database.
