You should be very careful with:


alter database open resetlogs;



After issuing this command your ARCHIVE redo logs
are useless.



I have a rule of thumb - you got a recovery problem - call Oracle Support
it's not worth your reputation! Unless you know exactly what you are doing,
especially on PROD
