ILLEGAL Get Command

When trying to access a shared drive under NT from SQL*Plus,
I get an


Illegal GET Command.



Any thoughts?  I have permissions on the drive, I currently work around
by copying


code over to my local C drive and then brining it in to SQL*Plus, but
seems redundant.
