cron launched job errror (Message file sp1<lang>.msb not found)

I have a shell script that runs fine from the command line, but when I
enter it in the crontab, it gives me this message.



At first it wasn't finding sqlplus, so I had to set up all the ORACLE
environment variables.  It's still giving me this error, which i don't
know what to make of.



Anyone know what this is?




Message file sp1<lang>.msb not found


Error 6 initializing SQL*Plus
