Is it possible to show arros style on Forms text item?

Hello all,

	I am using Forms 4.5 on Win 95.
	When the cursor on the text item, it appears a crosshair cursor style.

Is it possible appear as a default cursor style (arrow style) on text item? Or other possible ways when the cursor on the text item, it shows arrow style? i have tried trigger when-mouse-move, timer trigger etc but all failed. However, if I use when-mouse-move with the setting curosr style to help style, it appears the help style when the cursor points on the text item. Only arrow style failed.... Could anyone suggests how can I do this? Or can I do this on Forms 5.0?
