Did you change your $ORACLE_HOME to other values? If you've changed it,
ask your users to check it. Beside changing the privilege of the
binary, you also need to relink the software. You can perform this by
execute the orainst. You must shutdown all your database before doing
so. If the user use SQL*Net V2, you need to change the $ORACLE_HOME
value in the listener.ora file. Go to check it. If you still have more
