Problems connecting with Sql*Net 2

Hi,

We have an Oracle7 Workgroup Server 7.2.2.4.6 for Netware with both Sql*Net 1 and Sql*Net 2.2.2.0.4 loaded on the server,

From a client with Sql*Net Client 2.2.2.1.0 I execute Sql*Plus 3.3.3.0.0 and when I introduce my user/password_at_servicename I have this message:

ORA-12203 TNS: can not connect

Enter user name:

and I retype my user/password_at_servicename and it works !!!!

What's happening?

PD: If I execute tnsping servicename from the client doesn't works: TNS-12541 TNS there is no listener (?)
