S_at_lut great DBAs,

Is there a OA DBA here? I ve got a rookie question:

What are the consequences of changing the passwords of modules owner users (ie: gl ap po)
Will the client applications still working?

My problem is that anybody could use sqlnet/sqlplus to connect as gl and drop any tables.

Is my question out of sense?
