PLS-00904 exporting a database with a snapshot

Since I created a snapshot in my Oracle 7.2.3 database, I have not been able to export the target database with userid SYSTEM due to this error. Output says:

PLS-00904: insufficient privilege to access object SYS.DBMS_IJOB

I tried a DESCRIBE and found out that DBMS_IJOB is a package. The master table is in an Oracle 7.3.3 database. I would appreciate advice on how to get the target database export to work again; thanks!
