Re: Oracle Instance Failed on NT startup

The ora7perf.dll (is that what you meant?) is a library that loads to provide ORACLE-specific objects and counters for analysis in NT Performance Monitor. The instance will start and run without this. Call Oracle Support and make sure you have the most recent patch for 7.3.4.
