Is Oracle for Linux released or not?

The press release at
http://www.oracle.com/cgi-bin/press/printpr.cgi?file=981007.11283.html&mode=corp&td=15&tm=10&fd=15&fm=9&status=Search&ty=98 claims that Oracle is "immediately available on the Intel platform" and will be available for purchase at oraclestore.oracle.com. This was a week ago. I cannot get it through the Oracle Store and an Oracle sales rep tells me that it is not released yet.

I want to buy a license. Please sell me one. --
