export error

hi every one

when i try to make an export with account SYSTEM from any user i get the following

> . . tabel NFNFD2AUTOINC wordt geëxp. 14 rijen geëxporteerd
> EXP-00008: ORACLE-fout 1003 tegengekomen
> ORA-01003: no statement parsed
> EXP-00222:
> Systeemfoutbericht 9
> System error message: Bad file descriptor

i am not sure if the export is now reliable enough to import in another tablespace.
Can any one help me with this ?
