Oracle Develop journal and website access? $149.00 ?

I just got a mailing from Pinnacle Publishing offerring me a year of Oracle Developer plus access to a website, where there are a bunch of downloads, for 149 dollars. That's a $50.00 discount.

If you have comments about this journal or website, can you post them please? That is a lot of money. Is it worth it?
