What Do you know about eporting clients with different local "NLS" parametes setup ...?

What are export/import limitations when dealing with NLS...?

Can you Import Between different User's, If they have different NLS...?

All of NT4, Windows95 os suffers from the above mentioned problem .! Do you know what was Oracle Provided Solution ..?

Or user has set the NLS_DATE_FORMAT in the init.ora on the server, but on the

not as described in the NLS_DATE_FORMAT in the init.ora in the server.
