Hello all,

We would like to invite the comp.databases.oracle.server community to share in the discussion of the following IT story:

Infoworld weighs in with a great review of Oracle 8 on Linux. The review is mostly positive, and voices some comparisons with Sybase on Linux. I understand that if you have a copy of the Oracle on Linux preview, your license would allow you to send me a copy, so please do.

Come join the discussion at ontopofIT!

This story has just been posted at:
 http://www.ontopofit.com/articles/981006/0959247.shtml .

Notes: The full text of the article includes the links, which I have stripped here because many newsreaders don't grok html. Some have also told me that it would be good to mention that ontopofIT carries no ads.

Yours truly,
Paul,
