Call ORACLE or go back read the e installation guide, whichever will tell
you the details how to do
it.
Basically, you have to make a parameter file change by an oracle utility,
and remake oracle.
I have noticed the same issue, but I did not remake them yet. Everybody was telling me that there is no gain if enlarge the SGA to more that 1/4 of the MEM.
