Server Manager Motif Mode

I am running Oracle 7.3.2.1 RDBMS, if I try to start my server manager in
motif mode I get the error



TK2-00001: an undefined Oracle Toolkit II failure occurred



This may seem like your users but, "it was working and then the next moment
it stopped working"



Can anybody help.
