What do you mean by changing the "size" of the rollback segment? Changing the size and the number of extents? Or to add more room for the rollback segment to grow? For the first question, use the alter rollback segment <..> command to change the size and number or optimal size of the rollback segment. For the second question, simply add another datafile to the rollback segment tablespace.
