Creating a database in 7.3.2.2

For lack of documentation I must ask this question.



Apparently svrmgrl is the new method of managing databases including
creating a database.  When I attempt to use svrmgrl by typing
'connect internal' I get a password prompt.  What password am I suppose
to enter?  There is no database created yet, because that is what I'm
trying to do.  With sqldba 'connect internal' returned you to the prompt
without asking for a password.



Help!
