You need kernel patch 105181 revision 6 or above. 105181-07 is available now. Solaris 2.6 has a bug 4089777 (shared memory) that is fixed in this patch. If you do not get this patch you have to set use_ism=false in the Oracle parameter file. This decrease performance.
