1.Look up the 507 in the Error Messages manual.
2. Alter the EBU script to turn on trace, and set it to a high level.
3. Look in the ADSM dsmrc.h file for the error codes (listed as 'rc=' in the

trace files).
4. Make sure you are running the latest patch (2.1.7, I think) for the Oracle Agent - on the ADSM site for download (came out recently).

5. Search the IBM ADSM support site.
6. Log a call with your reseller.
7. Log a call with IBM.
