Ive got oracle 8 installed and I was trying to use its object oriented features but Im getting this error when I try to create an object type

ORA-00439: feature not enabled: Objects

From the manuals they seem to make a distinction with a special verion of oracle 8 with the objects feature, I never knew there was such an animal. I always though the object oriented features came with oracle 8 enterprise. Is this true, and if so is there a big price difference?
