Oracle 7.3/NT and Informix on the same server

On a WindowsNT 4.0-Server, we are running Oracle 7.3.3.0.0. I have got the request to install the newest version of Informix on the same server. (Maybe this is unusual).
Can this be recommended or is there the possibility, that after installing Informix, there might occur problems with Oracle.
