Hi Violin,

On NT Oracle is usually implemented as a service. You should be able to find the following services:
OracleTNSListener
OracleServer<SID, default ORCL>
OracleStart<SID>
The latter service actually starts the database by means of the oradim73 instance manager (this is the instance manager included with Oracle server software, VAI.exe belongs to Oracle Enterprise Manager, their system management product). If you want to start up Enterprise Manager also automatically, you will need to place a shortcut in the startup group of Windows NT
