ORA-ERR

I got all four ORA errors while using sqlplus for system check:

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01115: IO error reading block from file 17 (block #)
ORA-01110: data file 17: '/disk5/system.dbf'
ORA-07372: sfrfb: read error, unable to read requested block from database

file
HP-UX error: 5: i/o error

Select from datafile instead of dba stuff is OK without the above messages. I do not find any OS i/o error.
If system datafile is corrupted, that will be a major reinstallation.
