The database assistant is not available with personal Oracle. Personal
Oracle only supports a single instance, If you want to create a second
instance you will have to use oradim80 command line to create the instance
and server manager : create database. Then you will have to stop on instance
to use the other database.
I would recommend creating a separate schema in the default ORCL database, rarther than bothering to go to 2 databases.
