IDX produces software for the HealthCare industry. ORACLE DBA Talent needed in an operations environment. Here is a job description. Database Administrator/IS Location: Boston/Burlington

Kakalec, Amy K 802.862.1022 x6872 Responsible for the database administration for IDX's Revenue Management product. The position will involve Oracle database configuration, database tuning and performance, automation of methods and procedures and general on- call support. Requires a BS/BA or equivalent, 3 -5 years of current experience as an Oracle DBA with responsibility for large production databases. Experience with Oracle 7.X, SQL*Net and other Oracle RDBMS products; knowledge of Oracle DBA tools and RBMS performance tuning; experience with financial systems; and excellent analytical, communication and project management skills. UNIX background preferred and exposure to Oracle replication a plus. Must be a team player and possess strong problem solving skills.
