I've seen it take 3 to 10 times export time. According to O support, it shouldn't take 10 times. There seem to be some critical tuning parameters that only affect certain sized imports on certain combinations of Oracle version and platform. I was unpleasantly surprised on 7.3.4, Solaris 2.6, after having tested smaller-scale. Similar complaints are posted periodically, but I haven't seen any resolutions. This is assuming that objects are properly sized and pre-extended, and the systems are otherwise well-tuned.
