When you apply patch, you need apply first on the Database server and then on the Application Server. For the patch list, you can either check with the support or check against each product in the ftp site of Oracle.

MTU or RTU (they are same) is basically for Application Server. It is required to run D2K server 1.6.1. Order doesn't matter, between patches and RTU (Atleast I have not faced any problem till now)

We now need to patch the two servers. Has anyone done this yet? I am seeking an updated patch list for both servers. I have checked the Oracle sites and Metalink and have yet to discover anything useful. For example: Do I apply the MTU to NCA before I apply the mega patches? Does order matter? What dependencies exist btwn the database server and the application server?
