Failed to create a type on Oracle 8?

Login as scott/tiger,

Tried to create a VARRY type, but oracle seems do not the end of creation. Connected to:
Personal Oracle8 Release 8.0.3.0.0 - Production With the Partitioning option
PL/SQL Release 8.0.3.0.0 - Production

SQL> create type prices as varray(10) of number(12,2);   2

  2  ;
  3  ;
  4  ;

Asking for help.
