Hi Andy,

        The answer to your first question is to download a copy of T.O.A.D. (Tools for Oracle Application Developers) I think you can get it from www.toadsoft.com (it that isn't right I am sure loads of people will correct me). T.O.A.D. is a very popular tool and it is free.

        I don't understand your second question.
