oracle8 multiprocessor poweredge 4200 installation

I try to install oracle8.0.4.0.0 enterprise edition on a Dell poweredge 4200, 512MB,
2x 300 MHZ Processors, 5x4GB HD 5 raid Config., Win NT 4.0 SP 3, PDC. The installation fails with
TNS-error 12203 unable to connect to destination TNS-error 12560 TNS: Protocoladapter error nt main error code: 530
TNS-00530: protocoladaptererror

Could anyone give mie a hint. May be it's a controller problem.

hints and solutions are welcome.
