You can use the NT Disk Administrator with NT WS as a start. I've managed to
stripe a few Oracle databases with it on Dual-processor P2 systems and have
got a very good performance boost (using striping with OPQ).
If you install a hardware adapter (Adaptec, etc.) - which I would recommend - instead of using NT's software striping then NT WS or NT AS would just see it as a big hard disk(s). I've used the Adaptec controllers with IBM Ultra SCSI drives and found it to be cheap and very good set-up.
