Hi, I have battled with your senario for a long time and I finally gave up. Recently I upgraded the server to 7.3.3.6 and the OEM console to 1.5; and guess what, the console can discover the agent. I suggest you try upgrade the server to 7.3.3.4 which should respond to OEM 1.3.5 console.
