I am searching for the international or intercontinental way of life and work.

Is there a interesting chance for a german freelancer - software engineer and system analyst with high qualified know-how in object oriented modelling, 4 GL like PowerBuilder and wide Oracle experiences - to support projects in the USA or Canada. Also I like European perspectives. France is an attractive country and what about Scandinavia?

I think we have a world-wide demand for seasoned engineers. Obvious this is not a job centre. But who is able to give me some hints how to get more information? (legislation, fee, famliy included)
